Printer Not Connecting to Network.
Network printing failures can involve the printer, Wi-Fi/Ethernet connection, IP addressing, drivers or the Windows print queue.
What to check
Confirm the printer has a valid IP address and can be reached from the PC. Clear stalled print jobs, verify the correct port and reinstall the manufacturer driver if Windows has switched to an unsuitable generic driver.
