Imagine a new laptop arriving, in a new bag, with a new mouse. The laptop is opened and switched on. The user account is already setup with a password and secured using disk encryption. Anti Virus is setup and updated. All windows updates are already loaded. The users email, files, applications and settings have all been transferred over. This includes all the preferred web browser settings, history, passwords, everything.

All the new user has to do is enter the Wifi password.

Communication
We speak with the user and ensure all relevant data is backed up, application settings are exported and the users email is configured correctly
Laptop setup
We configure the new laptop, ensuring it mimicks the old device, that all applications and setttings are installed and migrated.
Delivery
We deliver the laptop next day with clear instructions on how to login and enter the Wifi password.
Ongoing Support
Every laptop supplied by Bluewall IT includes complimentary telephone support for your user for 3 months post purchase.
This is qualified support with real people who listen and understand the problems that can occur, and gently walk people through their queries.
