We configure the new laptop, ensuring it mimicks the old device, that all applications and setttings are installed and migrated.

Delivery

We deliver the laptop next day with clear instructions on how to login and enter the Wifi password.

Ongoing Support

Every laptop supplied by Bluewall IT includes complimentary telephone support for your user for 3 months post purchase.

This is qualified support with real people who listen and understand the problems that can occur, and gently walk people through their queries.
